HTH 3.0 update
Hello everyone,
Thank you for the overwhelming response! We are thrilled to see so many of you interested and passionate about participating and building something truly unique.
Unfortunately, due to a sudden placement drive, the MG Auditorium has been taken over by the university on our original dates. Because this is the only venue capable of comfortably accommodating all our registered participants, we are postponing the event to the second week of September. Consequently, the event will no longer take place on August 27th and 28th.
Additionally, registered users can now log in to the Participant Dashboard to access the event noticeboard for live updates regarding dates and payments, and to verify their registration status. Please note that payments are currently disabled; you can pay after the dates are finalized.
Our team has worked tirelessly to give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are confident this event will serve as a cradle of innovation for AI tech. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing all of you at the event!

Clarity, before the chaos
College students can participate in teams of 2 to 4 members. Each team submits one application through its team lead.
Hack the Horizon 3 takes place at MG Auditorium, VIT Chennai in September 2026 as a 24-hour hackathon.
The team lead can apply through this portal. Selected teams will receive the remaining registration and payment instructions by email.
Yes! There will be a fee of ₹125 for each participant in the event. QR-verifiable E-Certificates will be provided, along with the opportunity to win a lumpsum cash amount, and incubation opportunities for your ideas.
Yes. Your chosen track helps us understand your team's direction and can be adjusted later if needed.
Yes. AI tools are welcome, but every submission must be original and created by your team during the event.
